4. Permitted Use

You may:

5. Prohibited Activities

❌ Reverse-engineer AI/security solutions

❌ Scrape/copy website code or designs

❌ Misrepresent an affiliation with Nex-IT

❌ Bypass security protocols (Nepal Cybercrime Law 2020 applies)

6. AI-Specific Disclaimers

Demo AI outputs are simulations only - not production-ready

Accuracy varies by input data quality

Never substitute for professional technology audits

7. Technology Warranties

Web/DevOps Solutions: Best-effort compliance with OWASP standards

QA Services: Bug detection per SLA tiers (excludes zero-day vulnerabilities)

AI Applications: Performance as per model training data scope
